5 home remedies to soothe foot pain

A mixture of vinegar and Epsom salt in the warm water will do the trick. Soak your feet in this mixture for 20 minutes.

4. Clove oil

You have probably heard about the benefits of clove oil. Clove oil is effective on nail fungus, athletes foot, and head pains.

When you massage your feet with clove oil, it relaxes your muscles and stimulates the blood circulation. This relieves any pain you may be feeling at the moment.

5. A foot massage

You can choose to visit the massage parlor where a professional will work your feet and other parts of the body to get relief from foot pain and tension. Alternatively, you can get reflexology equipment which will focus on various pressure points on your feet.

A reflexology massager will work on your feet, ankles, and legs. This machine may prove useful on your calf muscles mainly if you have spent the whole day moving up and down. The squeezes you get releases any tension on your feet.
